Responsible for the leadership and the delivery of specialized guidance and advice on the development and implementation of programs that support the Region’s continuous improvement initiatives and the division’s business process enhancements. This position is responsible for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services by measuring ISTS performance and co-ordinating IT service improvement initiatives.

Responsible for management of small to medium size projects; working with clients to evaluate requirements, make recommendations, and establish and execute project plans in collaboration with the project manager and the clients.

Responsible for analysis, design, coordination and delivery of I.T. solutions to internal public works clients.
