Responsible for the leadership and the delivery of specialized guidance and advice on the development and implementation of programs that support the Region’s continuous improvement initiatives and the division’s business process enhancements. This position is responsible for continuously improving the effectiveness and efficiency of IT services by measuring ISTS performance and co-ordinating IT service improvement initiatives.
