• Mange corporate projects and deliverables such as, but not limited to, various improvement initiatives, the implementation of project and processes management capacity, client satisfaction, and Common Purpose related initiatives, etc. • Ensure all phases of project delivery are performed within standards, timeframes and budget requirements •Provide regular reporting to the Manager, Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, and EMT or other Regional Committees and other stakeholders as… Show more • Mange corporate projects and deliverables such as, but not limited to, various improvement initiatives, the implementation of project and processes management capacity, client satisfaction, and Common Purpose related initiatives, etc. • Ensure all phases of project delivery are performed within standards, timeframes and budget requirements •Provide regular reporting to the Manager, Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, and EMT or other Regional Committees and other stakeholders as required• Work with clients to define business requirements for projects and write Project Charters (and Business Cases, if required) and obtain approvals from the Project Sponsor and/or the Steering Committee• Design the overall project strategy, create, execute and control project plans, manage project change control process, and administer the project's budget• Coordinate the logistics (e.g. preparation of tenders and contracts, develop project plans, work schedules and determines priorities) or operational elements (e.g. budgets and resource requirements) for projects• Develop and deliver presentations to division or department and steering committees, as well as possibly to EMT• Design and implement project communications management plans, manage risks and co-ordinate training plans• Close the project and conduct post-implementation review Show less
