CurrentI am a Partner and specialise in litigation involving industrial injuries and asbestos disease. I have over 25 years' litigation experience and have won several cases in the Supreme Court, which have set precedents. I have represented the Asbestos Victims Support Groups Forum UK, a leading asbestos charity and have sued the UK Government on several occasions to protect the rights of asbestos victims.
