Thereby I have a broad experience with the successful realization of large Agile-transformations and programs with a budget up to 30 M Euro (man hours), management of multiple parallel projects / project leaders, managing the world largest external suppliers and over x00 project staff.I have over 20 years experience with a combination of Agile Program/Project manager and introducing Agile working. Initial as Change Agent for the introduction of DSDM (Dynamic Systems Development Method - one of the founding frameworks for the Agile Manifesto). Following that, I certified for Scrum (Master, Product Owner), Agile Project Management (APMG) and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) en Trainer (for which I execute several courses). I also qualified for the underlying principles and method of Lean Six Sigma.My (international) assignments range from software -development, -delivery and -maintenance to application- and data-migration and infrastructure development. In addition, the focus of my experience working for the biggest financials c.q. commercial enterprises (Rabobank, equensWorldline, ABN AMRO, VISMA/RAET) and several of the most complex government organizations and chains / not for profit (Dutch Tax Authority, UWV, Kadaster, City of Amsterdam, G4, ProRail). There I also put in practice - based upon customer request and assignment - traditional methods like PRINCE2 (Practitoner), IPMA and MSP (Practitioner level; Managing Succesful Programmes).So, I'm experienced at the expert level for modern and traditional management-methods and techniques at large schale. Based upon this I'm eager to successful execute challenging assignments.
