• Liable to review stocks level and plan to procure goods for the availability of stock.• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing team to get local market demand.• Communicate with overseas Vendors / Producers to obtain quotes.• Negotiate with the Vendors/Producers to get a competitive price, and discount based on market analysis and business intelligence reports and negotiating Credit facility.• Forming and maintaining Static/reliable business connections with Vendors/Producers to determine the progress of procurement activities and develop future procurement plans for the company.• Handling legal procedure required to register products with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) before importing products into Kingdom.• Track up with Vendor / Producer for timely shipment and for documents.• Liable to review and confirm draft documents to Vendor / Producer.• Interact with VITA Logistic team to provide full shipment details for further proceeding.• Responsible to claim against damage/port/line or any other additional charges from Vendor / Producer.

• Supervising the logistic team & assist them in their task.• Review and confirm PO quantity & pricing based on purchase requisition from the concerned division head.• Communicate with vendors and provide them confirm PO and bank details.• Follow up with the vendor to get confirmation of the PO and shipment schedule.• Scrutinizing labels of the packing material to ensure it is according to the (SASO).• Liable to follow up with vendors to manage shipping documents timely.• Analyzing draft shipping documents to ensure that documents must be according to the requirement of Saudi Customs and then confirm with the vendor accordingly.• Responsible to negotiate terms and conditions with custom brokers while making contracts with them.• Review and confirm broker invoices if comply with the contract.• Follow up with brokers and customs payments with accounts.• Interacting and negotiating facilities with the carrier’s agent like “CMA-CGM, APL, Maersk Line, MSC, OOCL”…. Etc.• Managing all aspects of air and sea freight shipments with the forwarders and negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines and transporters to secure the best deals within prescribed delivery timelines.• Monitoring all import clearance activities, analyzing critical issues & provide solutions with the best scenario.• Managing critical shipment issues held by the “SFDA”• Directing and monitoring the movement of containers after clearance of the shipment for timely delivery & cost savings.• Interacting & negotiate storing and transportation charges with storage companies like “K.T.S., Muhaidib Land Transport Co., IACC & Medscan”• To Ease the work for our logistic team, developed a “Shipment Tracking Module” based on “MS Access” which provides a complete report of the Purchase order from beginning to delivery to the warehouse.• Assist the ERP team with the implementation of the ERP system MS Dynamics AX09.• Responsible to create a new Item/Vendor creation in item master AX.

• Making Purchase order w.r.t. order confirmation received from the concern division & confirming details to the supplier after making PO.• Maintain Record in Excel of purchase orders for further log, other information, follow-up of the shipment & other procedures. • Prepare PO in Profit.• Follow up with the carrier’s agent for shipment tracking.• Document collection for finance and handing over to the custom broker.• Preparing Shipment Weekly Status reports for Division and Branch Manager.• Preparing Document collection follow-up sheet for Accounts.• In case of any shortage of material & demurrage due to the delay of documents, must have to inform /claim from the supplier immediately & follow up on the claim.• LC follow up with accounts• Coordinate with Stores for Delivery.• Sending SFDA Notifications and SFDA Results to Stores and Branches.
