My audit was to validate that Ebay was being billed by UPS and billing sellers appropriately. I created rate tables from scratch using eBay’s custom UPS shipping contract. I compared those rate tables to what was provided by UPS. Finally, I validated that Ebay's data warehouse was being billed and billing clients those same rates. - Audit finding were presented to executives. UPS rate tables and billing matched appropriately.
