As Lead developer of the Utah Public Education Financial System (UPEFS) website I was responsible for the majority of the development of a complex financial reporting system. I tested software and hardware products to ensure that they were free of any bugs or defects.I was responsible for purchasing, building and maintaining the desktop used throughout the office. I served as a Missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on a two(2) year mission to the people in the Greater North Houston area. While on the mission my main responsibilities were teaching people the gospel of Jesus Christ and helping them come closer to Christ.

Worked as a software developer on many different projects using several different computer languages and skills. Some of these include: C#, Visual Basic .Net, Java, Javascript, HTML, MSSQL, PLSQL, and batch scripting. As a Programmer at Cayuse I was utilized on several difficult projects because of my ability to learn a new programming language very quickly.

During a period where I was without a job I did small odd job IT work for different friends and acquaintances. Built over a dozen custom computers, using both old and new parts/hardware, for myself and friends. I also maintained and still do maintain any computer I have built in the past.

I regulated all purchases and was in charge of organizing and updating the inventory while also managing the office. Some relevant duties that managing the office included were: Keeping the network running, maintaining their small local server and ensuring that the automatic backups were run each night.
