Responsible for tendering and execution of oil and gas projects across Australia for a variety of client companies. Responsibilities included:Project Estimation and Tendering- Estimation of a wide array of Oil and Gas projects including pipelines, greenfield and brownfield projects. - Preparation of cost estimates in Hard Dollar software - Development of preliminary schedules in Primavera P6Project Planning and Execution - Development and revision of procedures, ITPs and FICs for new and existing clients - Development and revision of SWMS in conjunction with HSE team- Accurately reviewing projects to develop a bill of materials and order appropriate materials - Supervision of all project works ensuring quality standards and schedules are met - Management of labour, resources and subcontractors inclusive of planning flight and accommodation requirements - Management of variations including Hard Dollar estimates and updating Primavera P6 schedules. Cost Control & Project Close Out- Project appraisals to review incurred costs and expected costs to develop accurate forecasts of project profits - Liaising with accounts team to ensure works are invoiced correctly and on time

Moomba Sa - Santos Cms Contract - Flowlines And Connections

Project encompassed the construction of new flowlines and above ground facilities as well as the upgrade and maintenance of existing facilities for Santos. Site based role on a 2:2 week roster at various locations in the Cooper Basin, primarily Moomba and Ballera. My responsibilities included:- Site inspections and constructability reviews - Project planning and estimating - Workpack creation, review and handover- Site technical support- Site project/cost controlsIn addition I was chosen for a secondment to a project improvement team to implement “Variability and Productivity” and “Work Rate” initiatives to demonstrate cost savings to the client.

Dalby Qld - Qclng - Qgc 408 Contract - Wellsite Facility Installation

Construction of the above-ground wellsite facilities for Queensland Gas Company at various locations near Dalby, in the QLD Surat Basin. The project was FIFO on a 3:1 week roster. I was responsible for and involved in:- Leading a civil crew on site during well pad remediation works - Procurement- Field Technical Support- Management of Welding Subcontractor

Regional Sa - Artc Productivity Rail Upgrade Project

$560 million Government funded project in alliance with ARTC to upgrade major parts of ARTC’s rail network through SA and NSW. I was directly involved and responsible for managing Transfield and subcontractor work crews on defect rectification and scour protection and abutment upgrade projects
