As Facilities Manager and Contracting Officers Representative, responsible for regional facilities, federal courthouses, and other lease and government owned properties. Oversee the service support contract for maintenance and custodial services. Provide occupants of both federal buildings and privately leased space (such as DoD, DOJ, CBP and DHS) with safe, secure, clean, and sustainable facilities and infrastructure in which to conduct agency business and may specialize in one or more program areas.

Responsible for directing facilities custodial, supply and maintenance operations of building(s) and property. Oversees construction work and manages other core Sodexo services, and logistics of business/operations services, e.g., laundry, dining and concierge services. Also coordinate and manage facilities for Skilled Nursing floors, Memory Care, Rehab Areas and Assisted Living floors.

Ocean Engineering and Energy Systems International, Inc., (OCEES). Provide design, construction, contract management, financing and operational management for the following: renewable energy power plants using ocean temperature differentials, deep ocean fresh water desalinization systems, seawater air conditioning systems for tropical resorts and communities, and business development for biofuels using algae and other aquatic organisms. Main areas of expertise include: Project Development and Management, Contract Oversight, Quality Control, Policy Oversight, OTEC, Ocean Thermal Energy Conversion, Waste Heat, Desalinization, Aquaculture, Biofuels, Hydrogen Production and Seawater District Cooling.

Served as the Hawaii Program Manager for the $2.3B Army Hawaii MHPI family housing PPV initiative. Responsible for approximately 8,200 homes that housed about 25,000 family members and their pets. Hired and had direct supervision of a solid team to include six directors for maintenance, property management, design & construction, accounting, media/communications and HR services.

US Navy Pacific Fleet Command, N46 Facility Programs Analyst responsible for assisting and implementing the development of installation strategic Operations & Program Management plans and base support requirements for the Pacific region. Also managed facility project designs, Single Sailor Housing plans, government funding/contracting, construction programs, maintenance contracts and management evaluations.
