Responsible for a range of WFM, data analysis & reporting responsibilities including:- The creation and subsequent updating of demand & WFM forecast reports utilizing Excel datasets- Aiding and leading creation of processes to improve skills matrix development and generation of time-sensitive, visually striking reports and presentations for key stakeholders in PowerBI, Excel or Word. - Working alongside Operation and Finance departments to ensure current workloads are being met within the Service-Level Agreement (SLA) as well as Human Resources and Finance departments to create staffing requirements and recruitment, upskill and succession prediction reports.- Maintenance and cleaning of several company-critical datasets for usage in reports- Production of training documentation for usage of Operations and Resource Planning teams.- Overall analysis of processes to locate areas of improvement.
