- Receive and log requests for support from users, software development department, and other service delivery staff; investigate problems and other requests for support; determines appropriate actions to take; and prioritize requests in accordance with agreed criteria.- Monitor progress of requests for support and ensure users and other interested parties arekept informed.- Provide correct responses to requests for support, like: analyzing workarounds or enhancements, suggesting operating procedures, producing additional documentation, or escalating requests to software development team.- Monitor software system by regular scrutiny of reports from the application monitoring tools. Note problems and identify performance trends. Where approved, take or suggest corrective action to improve performance and to avoid problems arising.- Identify and provide enhancement idea and functionality changes on systems in other to improve productivity of the software development in overall.
