I was able to advance my knowledge of temporary works designs having produced schemes for site hoardings and temporary propping along with carrying out crane stability checks. I managed our sub-contracted Civil Engineer services, managing fees and work load as well as having the opportunity to develop my understanding of infrastructure design. Highlights included;Homerton College – Provided Civil and Structural Engineering services for a number of works including an extension adjacent to the historic Great Hall to form a new bar, extension of existing Science Teaching Block and development of a new auditorium space with student accommodation above. -

Courses I have attended include a 2 day CAD course and S-Frame training session. Half day courses include introduction to CDM 2007 and implementation of company procedures for environmental and H&S.
