• Handling Exports & complete supply chain management (Procurement, Warehouse, Transportation, Laboure and production planning).• Managing entire commercial and administrative activity of a 1000 TPD solvent extraction plant and 200 TPD compound Cattle feed plant.• Leading manpower of 200+ which includes office staff, supervisors and labours.• Optimizing entire functions related to Export, Commercial & Stores management including Inventory & Raw materials.• Responsible for Materials planning & scheduling, establishment & run stores/Warehouse having huge inventory of finished goods & raw materials (Soya bean seed, DOC, Maize, Rapeseed, castor cakes etc.).• Responsible for reconciliation of materials, preparation of Data & MIS reports in SAP module for timely feedback to management.• Responsible for coordination with planning, finance department and H.O for smooth functioning. • Responsible for arranging transportation by trucks & containers at factory, stuffing of finished goods and for export shipments.• Effectively managing the inventory levels, for ensuring ready availability of material to meet production, dispatch targets and simultaneously achieving cost optimizations.• Responsible for handling labourer contractors for loading/unloading, production & packing.• Improving inventory cost and close monitoring of quality, slow moving, short expiry products and take necessary steps to avoid any financial impacts.
