Acquired basic knowledge of Learning & Development, Competency Mapping, Facilitation Tools & Techniques and Instructional Design. Prepared a training manual on "How to effectively conduct a job interview". I also gained knowledge about Structured Warm-up Activities (SWAs) like icebreakers.

Handled Data Connotation project - had to prepare master list of job competencies of various sectors like IT, Healthcare, Finance and Retail. Also prepared JDs for IT positions.

My responsibilities included hunting for best resumes from different job portals according to the requirements of company's clients. Then screening the selected candidates based on the profile and finally scheduling an interview with my manager.
