With over ~10 years of experience in strategy and execution, I am a customer experience leader who drives digital experience, process improvement, and GTM strategy across various industries. Currently, I am an Assistant General Manager at Aakash, the leading edtech company in India, where I lead the team that is designing the online and offline, omni channel, end-to-end customer journeys and experience through new product and process improvement.Prior to joining Aakash, I was a Senior Consultant at EY, where I worked with an Indian Oil Marketing Company to create a new vertical of non-fuel with ~800 Cr. additional annual revenue projection. I also designed the RTM strategy with relevant product and category selection, supply chain and procurement process, framework to select alliance partners, business and marketing plan. Before that, I was a Senior Manager at Tata Motors, where I was responsible for developing and executing digital GTM strategies in lead generation and conversion, resulting in 2% delta market share gain in FY 2019-20. I have a MBA from NMIMS Mumbai and a B-Tech from IET Lucknow, and I am skilled in business consulting, problem solving, and customer experience management.
