Harsh Nagpal is leading country wide transformations in Vocational Education Business for TCS iON, a strategic business unit of Tata Consultancy Services. In the current role, he is predominantly responsible for offering digital learning solutions to to State Skill Development Missions, Skills Universities, ITIs / Polytechnics, Skill Councils, other skill enabling organizations. The role includes driving GTM for industry designed, market linked learning programs that are relevant to the youth. He is also responsible for offering TCS iON National Qualifier Test (NQT) which is a multi-level employability assessment solution to assess learners’ competencies on core cognitive and personality traits imperative for the youth to thrive at the workplace. He also offers TCS innovative game based career counselling solution and create a social impact where youth can take an informed decisions about individual career choices and align their aspirations through specialised career pathways along with a wide access to repository of diversified career profiles.In his previous roles, he has worked with Big 4 organisations - PwC and EY, where he worked on several large transformational projects for state government involving multiple interventions of Project Management, onboarding of external training organizations, forging industry-government strategic partnerships for facilitating placement of youths, among others.He started his career with Ernst & Young (EY), where he was responsible for managing Global 360° strategic priority accounts focusing on International Financial Institutions (IFIs). He was responsible for setting up a mechanism for global pursuit tracking and submission of EOIs/RFPs. As an individual contributor, he represented EY India and managed sales, program management and global account communication protocols and ensured seamless coordination for submission of opportunities across the EMEIA region. He also established knowledge repositories including firm's intellectual property such as credentials, winning proposals, profiles of independent consultants, firms for strategic alliances, among others.
