- Plan, design, implement, and maintain restoration projects on public and private land throughout the Northeast, including, but not limited to meadow and riparian forest buffer installations, wetland improvements, forest management, and stormwater basin and rain garden construction, utilizing best management practices and native plants based on the landowner's requirements. - Develop relationships and partnerships with other individuals and organizations to advance the mission(s) of all parties involved; including seeking grant opportunities.- Lead technicians and specialists at job sites, focusing on safety, efficiency, and effectiveness.- Regularly meet with clients to provide status updates and ensure successful implementation of projects.- Build and manage budgets according to the goals of the client.

- Coordinated Haverford Township’s conservation and sustainability efforts which includes project planning and oversight, technical expertise, and knowledge of best management practices for invasive species control, riparian forest buffer and rain garden implementations, and site maintenance.- Wrote and received grant funding in excess of $100K for the Township's community watershed program and developed relationships with the grantors.- Established and maintained a network of active volunteers dedicated to Township restoration initiatives through 1,000s of hours of volunteer events, email communications, and volunteer management initiatives.- Supervised Township staff on a variety of projects and ensured project success, career development, and open lines of communication.- Supervised, coordinated, and evaluated year-round environmental education programming including hiring, training, and managing staff; scheduling activities and events; writing and planning curriculum; providing high-quality customer service; managing revenue goals; and overseeing general program operations.- Assisted with other program initiatives including developing strategies for program growth, website development, and providing public presentations.

- Taught and helped developed relevant and growth-minded curriculum for half-day and full-day environmentally-themed field trips for grades Pre-K through 5 at the Arboretum, in conjunction with other departments.- Assisted with scheduling, creating, and implementing youth and family programming, including developing partnerships with vendors before their 2017 summer camps.- Developed marketing initiatives and utilized social media to engage our target audience and boost the Arboretum's reach. - Assisted with planning and execution of Tyler's Pumpkin Days, including creating new activities and ideas, staffing, day-of-coordination, and material procurement.

- Independently led 12-15 2nd grade students in an afterschool Nature Explorers Clubs, in which we connected with the living outdoors through a series of activities and nature-based exploration of soil, birds, trees, water, and more. - Managed the logistics and oversight of the program, addressing parents’ questions, liaising with school administers, and coordinating with Green Valleys staff.- Participated in orientation and training with Education Programs Coordinator.

- Worked with the Staff Horticulturist to complete the initiatives developed by the Township, and create new initiatives.- Developed technical skills such as planting and transplanting native trees, containerized and bare root, and removed invasive species from the park system, including tree of heaven, Japanese knotweed, and mugwort.- Planned, designed, and installed new trails with features (i.e. water bars) at a highly trafficked community park and participated in trail maintenance with the Township's Outdoor Recreation Supervisor.- Participated in stream bank stabilization projects, which included cutting and installation dogwood and black willow live stakes in a vertical bank. - Planned, built, and harvested a community vegetable garden at the Township's environmental center and developed programming directly associated with the garden.- Designed and ran a nature camp for kids ages 6-10. Camp was intended to educate kids about ecological systems and allow kids to interact with ecosystems.
