Builder.ai is an app development platform that creates mobile and web applications. It is a low code/no code platform that relies on reusable 'Lego-like' created blocks of code that can be used across any application in order to make the process more efficient and cost effective. Builder.ai is based around an Artificial Intelligence model which fits reusable features together based on a template you choose so the developers can focus on creating the custom features required.My role within Builder.ai as a Procurement Manager is that I am solely responsible for the expansion and management of the relationships with our external third party Capacity Partners in the UK, EU and MENA regions. The Partners are enterprise-sized software development companies that focus on React JS, React Native, Ruby-on-Rails, Ui/Ux Figma, Manual QA, NodeJS, Python and Angular. Roles include;• Source top-tier, Enterprise sized, global Partners to become part of the Builder ecosystem.• Complete necessary background and service skilled based checks to ensure quality, compatibility and legal requirements.• Run the onboarding process for these Partners, ensuring a smooth transition to our platforms.• Reviewing contracts with current and potential new Partners and help achieve adequate provisions within the contracts including liability, indemnity, IPR and payment.• Achieve impressive cost savings using negotiation skills learnt in Bywater Practical Negotiation Training.• Manage the relationships of internal stakeholders to instigate and plan for future growth on the Partners.• Create, monitor and conclude Partner's SLAs and KPIs.• Escalate and resolve issues with the Partners both with internal stakeholders and the third party Partners.• Monthly audits on Partners which ensures the productivity and contractual obligations are met, and ensure correction of these.• Manage invoicing and the day-to-days of each Partner, including the Sourcing Board across all regions.

Help the procurement process for material sub-contractors relating to SWIFT, FPS and SEPA contracts.• Achieved impressive cost savings using negotiation skills learnt in Bywater Practical Negotiation Training.• Work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple teams and functionalities with strong communication.• SLA review, management and recourse.• Contract Management: renewals, licences, evaluating proposals and terms whilst achieving cost beneficial bonuses for the company.• Complete necessary exit plans and risk assessments, taking into account the effects of data, sub-processors and overall consequence. • Completed an external ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Training Course and Practical Cost and Contract Negotiation.• As a start-up, I managed a corporate restructure as part of the exponential growth for tax benefits and legalities.• Created, lead and developed processes including the PO, onboarding and termination processes that required cross team functionalities.• Onboarded and managed the company’s vendor system.
