I manage the social media for GWA Group's brands, including Caroma, Methven, Flexispray and Clark, across Australia and New Zealand. I have increased a brand's annual social media reach from ~200k to >8.5M. I have also increased click through from social media from ~1k to >24.1k.To support the last 3 clicks for a consumer in a B2B business, I have also developed paid campaigns that supported retailer customers resulting in 2k - 7k click throughs per month.This includes TikTok campaigns for a brand that resulted in an average 45% increase in sales per week by the retailer customer.I've also developed campaigns that have increased foot traffic to physical stores (reaching 1M consumers, >4k clicks per month) and increased registrations on a niche B2B app with 400-600 click throughs per month.To execute these campaigns, I also manage a content producer and work with our agencies.

I created Catexplorer after noticing a gap in the market for people who explore the world with their cats. I grew the global niche community to have over 25,000 members across several platforms.In this time website grew to 8-10k visits per month. On Instagram, the engagement rate averaged between 3 to 8%. While active, the website consistently ranked in the first 3 organic results on Google for the main keywords.I also created, produced and hosted the Catexplorer Podcast. The podcast charted in the top 5 of the Animal & Family Podcast in Australia, Canada & the UK. It charted as #6 in the US.To monetise Catexplorer, I created content for global pet brands and they sponsored our content. I also created an e-commerce store for people (and their cats) in the niche.I also created a successful membership program to support Catexplorer.In order to promote Catexplorer, I also appeared in various media publications including The New York Times, The Today Show and Sydney Morning Herald.

I managed the Quality Assurance Program for NSW. This included the Quality Management System (ISO9001), medical regulatory requirements and certification (GMP, TGA) and customer requirements for food grade products (HACCP, FSSC 2200) and laboratory products (NATA, ISO17025).I managed stakeholders to improve quality culture by reducing customer complaints by 42% and external corrective actions by 79%.I also acted as the medical quality & process validation expert for Australia & New Zealand. As a part of this I was also the representative on a global panel of experts.I also led multiple governance projects for Australia and New Zealand.
