Key responsibilities• Creating appointment in ADT appointment system or directly in N4.• Creating draft invoices for appointment created (single or bulk) with the inclusion of documentation processing charges (DPC) manually.• Creating TLUC and other related charges draft invoices.• Finalization of appointment.• Receiving CFS request.• Verification and checking D/O validity for CFS container.• Creating CFS invoice by manually inserting shifting and DPC charges.• Generating CFS invoices.• Verification and Checking Validity of Line Agent Delivery order to create Import delivery order in N4 for the release of D/O hold and updating if expired with the provision of valid D/O.• Checking customs B/E and customs inspection request for the release of customs hold in N4.• Checking EIR /appointment papers to verify truck and containers before receiving empty container from customer truck.• Raising request to planning and operations execution, after checking receipt paid by customer.• Creating bookings updating weights and IMDG class for empty release and export containers.• Pre-advising new containers in N4 physically checking their line and type to update in N4.• Registration, activation and installation of RFID tag on trucks using GCS system.• Monitoring of truck movements at On-Shore gate for the inclusion of POS event in case automation failure. • Communication with customers, documentation supervisors, line agents, Planning, gate, billing and other departments in case of inquiry, direct delivery, Dray in-out containers and related issues.• Compiling data for POS and RFID failure to generate reports.• Releasing holds for online customers for the containers to be delivered in future dates.

Key responsibilities – • Performed on a computerized application process to determine the signal strength & provide solution in brake down system while using different tools such as ‘Xcal’ on NOKIA Siemens network and having specialized knowledge & experience of 2G, 3G & LTE/4G computer programs.
