• To oversee and manage the team’s daily workload of the input of keying instructions into SAP/Vistex on a weekly/periodic basis• To provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customers• To extract all SAP/Vistex Creates and Changes daily for the team and review/monitor the accrual results vs. expected and the teams analysis of their inputs • To ensure compliance in SO, Operating Controls and External Audit• To create and publish monthly accruals KPIs and any other scheduled or ad hoc reports • To analyse accrual volume and value data and transactional trends by investment type, sub-channel and key account• To support IT, SSC and the BU with any system bugs or developments and projects as and when required• To remain conscious and aware of new Brands, Flavours, Sizes and Packs and taking necessary actions to ensure agreements are accruing correctly• To routinely review aged accruals and issue the 180 day report to Sales for review and sign off• To regularly communicate to Sales & Finance the deadlines and status updates for submissions, authorisations and aged accrual responses• To authorise and post CMA payment requests using SAP Vistex on a timely basis• To regularly review the CMA Invoice Processing database and ensure that disputed or aged invoices are prioritised for review• To continuously improve the CMA processes• To ensure accuracy of month end processes• To analyse payment volume and value data and transactional trends by investment type, sub-channel and key account• To manage P4P process• To manage ORD process Closure Home

• To ensure that all CMA invoicing are sent to agreed customer deadlines and meets customer expectations. • To ensure that quality invoices and supporting documentation are provided to customers.• To ensure Invoicing / Payment / Accrual period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.• To ensure the relevant IT System (VISTEX/SAP) have all accurate CMA pricing information in.• To gather data requested by audit teams during financial and SOX audits.• To ensure all accrual provisions & payments are accurate, fair, reasonable & justifiable.• To understand and answer any queries relating to the month end forecast and actuals.• To support the documentation of all off invoice activity processes for accruals and payments• To review and authorize accruals/payments in line with the CoA.
