Hello I'm Hayley, I am 23 years old and have been in the food and beverage industry for over 8 years. Doing that I have completed a coffee and barista course, gained excellent customer service skills and expanded my knowledge of two different companies, McDonald's & Luna park. I currently work for Windsor Grocer as a supervisor and study at Deakin University doing Dance and Social Media studies. I graduated high school in 2018 and I completed a mentoring program called Minter Ellison, was apart of the school representative council in 2014 and 2018 & won awards for Information technology and was given the opportunity to direct and act in plays and films. McDonald's has taught me a lot of skills such as customer service skills, communication skills, how to work in a team & problem solving skills. Working at Luna park only for a year I have learnt a lot of new things such as more cash handling, running events and parties and how to prepare and deliver food to customers. My hobbies include dancing which I have done on and off my whole life, Afl where I study at Richmond Institute of Sport and study two diplomas the diploma of sports and diploma of leadership where I've worked with Bachar Houli working with muslim kids and teaching them fitness tests and footy itself. I have worked with the Mcg before selling football records and done some scorekeeping and timekeeping for Richmond Football Club. In the sports industry I have worked at the formula 1 before in customer service showing people around and having them satisfied but in the volunteering side I have volunteered at the Royal Melbourne Show, Oz Comic Con, Richmond Insitute of Sport & Amplify Live.
