Appointed by the King County Council to serve on the Board of Directors of Election Oversight Committee with a central goal of ensuring elections remains fair, free and accountable. We work on engagement and performance by gathering local and national data, best practices, and trends in support of maintaining public confidence in elections. Make recommendations to King County Council at large to improve quality and accountability of election transparency. Review reports, attend meetings and submit reports based on findings. We involve ourselves with the changes in primary and general elections and any recent legislation to ensure that all proper procedures are followed.
