This role is specific to IS Infrastructure Operations. My teams include Cloud and Data Center operations, Infrastructure Data Operations, IS Service Desk, ServiceNow Platform, Endpoint Compute, Desktop Services, IS Asset Management, and Cerner Domian Management. This team is comprised of approximately 200 team members which support 16 hospitals and hundreds of ambulatory locations across the state of Indiana, either from a central location or on site at the facilities.

Program Manager for the Service Delivery Team for the Information Services Department of Indiana University Health. The Service Delivery team is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the technology utilized to meet the complex Compute, Storage and Database needs of the largest Healthcare provider in the state of Indiana. IU Health has approximately 36,000 internal staff that require the highest level of performance and reliability from hundreds of applications required to meet the needs of our patients. The Service Delivery Team maintains the following technologies:* VMware*Windows Server 2008/2012*Red Hat and CentOS Linux*IBM AIX*IBM PowerVM (AIX Virtualization)*EMC Storage: VNX 8000 (Block), ExtremeIO (Flash Array), Isilon (NAS), Data Domain (Backup)*Oracle Database*MS SQL*CommVault Backup system*Cisco UCS Server- B-Series (Blade) and C Series

Responsibilities include managing the operations of both the Information Systems and Clinical Engineering Teams at Indiana University Health's North Central Region. These teams take care of the day to day operation needs as well as project implementation of almost all technology within the hospital, both traditional I.T. and Medical equipment. I also coordinate with I.S. and C.E. partners within other parts of the I.U. Health System.

Responsibilities include managing the operations of both the Information Systems and Clinical Engineering Teams at I.U. North Hospital. These teams take care of the day to day operation needs as well as project implementation of almost all technology within the hospital, both traditional I.T. and Medical equipment. I also coordinate with I.S. and C.E. partners within other parts of the I.U. Health System.

Responsible for managing IT infrastructure projects, This would include the deployment of PCs, Servers, computer network and telecommunication systems. My two main projects during this role was to bring two newly constructed hospitals live, Indiana University West and North Hospitals. This required a great deal of coordination with the Clinical Engineering team to implement clinical modalities and other clinical equipment which needed connectivity with the IT systems.
