I am the head trainer at a new crossfit gym in downtown Gulfport, MS. I coach and train all the members every day and compete locally.

I oversee the fitness area, and cater to the needs of the clients at the YMCA. I also instruct classes at the YMCA and train individuals and groups.

During the summer, I facilitate High Ropes, Low Ropes, Team Initiatives, Laser Tag, and some sales. In the fall and spring seasons, I do all of the above, and I teach Forest Ecology, lead hikes, and help manage school groups. During the winter months, I help to maintain and renovate the campus.

I worked in the summer, growing marijuana for medical and scientific research. I would plant, trim, water, and help manage all the field growth.

I worked with a small group to help build houses, decks, porches, and such. I helped with basic construction skills.
