I am a certified resilience coach, specializing in High Adversity Resilience Training (HART), and a marine services delivery manager at Pilbara Ports Authority, the world's largest bulk export port authority. I am committed to enhancing the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of the port operations, as well as the well-being and performance of the port staff and stakeholders.As a marine services delivery manager, I am responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing advanced risk management strategies and procedures, and conducting research and development on port, tug, and advanced towage operations. I leverage my skills in marine operations, port operations, and vessel operations to deliver optimal outcomes for the port and its customers.
