As well as holding training for others: International Buyers, other site buyers and new buyers, and a Teir 1 meeting every morning. The following are the programs I maintained: Oracle Reqs, Manual Reqs for several customers, Kanban, Breadman, Site items, Engineer items and Tape/Reel items, streamlining and work NPI process including first articles and prototypes. Worked Scars, NCRs, receiving issues, invoice issues, engineering issues, shortage issues and rejected items from Inspection. Worked well with all team members from the floor team to the engineers, to the planners, to the site guys, the receiving guys and the inspection and AP team. Worked on a team to help set up parties for the site to appreciate holidays and specific days and birthdays. Ex: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Women’s Day, a week in the summer to have fun, costume contests at Halloween, etc…. Contributed to donations for local schools with items they need, Christmas toys, items to homeless and needy charities like clothing and toiletries, a local donation of planting trees

Work with suppliers to maintain supply chain metric reporting. Oversee Non-conformance area in warehouse to make sure all sides are working, supporting and fixing issues in a timely manner. Collect monthly data, analyze and report on supplier scorecards for top tier suppliers. Hold supplier reviews. Collect and analyze data on all suppliers for QBR with customer. Lead a think-tank once a week with members from different teams to solve various warehouse/supplier issues. Also source/buy for specialized items. These include the quickship program with cables, SRM buying for packages/expense items, expense buying in Oracle, Alliance orders, sales order entry in SAP P20 and normal orders for cables in SAP Blue Planet.
