I am a consultant within the organization to serve our groups with the best service with ACA. I previously managed the company’s Enterprise book of business for those with COBRA, Direct Bill, and Consolidated Invoicing services. My skills include audits, delinquency management for the entire book of business, file management, client management and consultation, and assisting with escalations.

Coordinate all aspects of our products and services from inception to installation involving extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. Through the use of technology, I deliver solutions to enhance their experience and customer satisfaction.

The Coursepower initiative, as part of IT-oLogy, is an 18 hour minor/certificate program consisting of two foundational courses and multiple 4 class specialization tracks in Applied Computing. The purpose is to develop the next generation of people with the technology skills desperately needed by existing and future businesses. The effort is groundbreaking and will provide South Carolina, when fully expanded, a distinct competitive advantage in the areas of economic and workforce development. South Carolina is on track to create more than 60,000 jobs that require IT skills in the next decade. In addition, current jobs will require more-and-more IT related knowledge and expertise. If we don't fill this need, jobs and companies will go elsewhere. Coursepower allows South Carolina to remain competitive and grow.As Program Coordinator I oversee marketing, student ambassadors, state-wide roll out (18 Higher Education Institutions), internship development, and a scholarship program dedicated to Coursepower students. I assist in overseeing the Executive, Steering, Marketing, Business Engagement, Economic Development and Higher Education committees dedicated to this state-wide effort.
