Manage healthcare provider relationships for PCPs, Specialist, Behavioral Health & Behavioral Health In-Patient Facilities; Manage Provider Engagement-Onboarding, Education/Training & Quarterly Town Halls; Review and resolve provider/member complaints; Conduct quarterly JOC meetings with Delegates, LMHAs, RHCs, FQHCs and large Multi-specialty groups; Team Lead for Provider Access & Availability Standards, Audits and Corrective Action Plans; Investigate and route provider directory discrepancies via OnBase; Review Delegate Audits and educate on Corrective Action Plans; Review alternative payment model (P4Q) reports with providers outlining performance metrics and identify gaps in care monthly/quarterly; Monthly meetings with Contracting team to review Network Adequacy.

• Responsible for daily operations of center and all employees (Provider Relations, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, CDL drivers, & Customer Service reps.)• Regional trainer for new Center Managers• Closely monitor and work with Provider Relations Reps in marketing including coaching, cold calling, mentoring, attending in-services and public speaking events, outlining products and services with physicians, and medical facilities• Oversee State and FDA site reviews and inspections for multiple locations• Create/Review management reports including P&L, budget/growth analysis, management summary reports, & Provider referral trend reports, Provider educational material• Perform quarterly patient chart audits; monthly/Quarterly QA/QC reports• Conduct weekly team meetings, monthly safety meetings, Attend Quarterly leadership meetings• Implemented Lincare safety programs, including maintaining records in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that apply to DOT and FDA• Closely monitor “Held Sales”, outstanding claims goals with weekly customer service meetings
