I have the pleasure of leading the Patient Experience Program which oversees comprehensive programs, and associated data platforms, aimed to create exceptional guest experiences at Renown Health. The tri-fold approach focuses on 1.) Building a culture of service through the development of behavior and environmental standards, training, education, and recognition, 2.) Maintaining service transparency by capturing real-time feedback, raising awareness, aiding in process improvement, and ensuring access to Press Ganey and CAHPS patient experience data, and 3.) Overseeing and fostering the Patient and Family Advisory Council such that the group is educated and actively involved in policy and process improvement initiatives.

I work closely with the Sales team to provide a smooth transition for all new clients. Once in my hands, I provide the hospital staff with a complete on-boarding process which includes an introductory call, resources, tutorials, and training, I assist in the creation/execution of licensing and provide ongoing client support. My team focuses on client retention strategies, outreach efforts to build strong relationships, and maximizing utilization of C.A.R.E. Programming. Other responsibilities include social media marketing, equipment quoting, sales and support and addressing technical issues. We have recently added our newest solution, C.A.R.E. VRx which provides relaxation to patients via virtual reality headsets. I have become skilled in VR as a new pain management tool, providing demos to clients, quoting, addressing budgeting needs, facilitating several hospital studies, and providing ongoing support. Along with the day to day account management of over 900 hospitals, I have made it a personal goal to educate myself about the current trends and hot topics in healthcare in order to stay relevant to our clients. -Ongoing communication and leadership training through Coppes Consulting LLC and Breakthrough Training-Mindfulness training through Colleen Camenisch and Dr. Yvonne Stedham at Equilibrium MBSR-Attended and exhibited at numerous national conferences including ANCC Magnet, APC, Virtual Medicine Conference, AONE, AHCA-NCAL
