-Assist with accounts receivable, contributions, pledges, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries-Attend all event planning meetings, maintain event budgets, and process event reconciliations -Process payroll-Maintain St. Andrew database information and provide database training and support to St. Andrew staff-Serve as point-person for database transition from Realm to Ministry Platform

-Create and maintain the Student Ministry budget-Maintain database information and event registrations for all Student Ministry events -Assist in planning of all events (retreats/trips, worship services, weekly programming, etc.)-Maintain the Student Ministry calendar, website, app, social media, and email communication

Professional Development Center

-Maintain the calendar and use of all Professional Development rooms at the Professional Development Center-Serve as tech support and coordinator for all technology at the Professional Development Center -Enter Professional Development courses and credit in ERO (Electronic Registrar Online – eSchool Solutions)/True North Logic (Performance Matters)-Serve as a liaison between Paraprofessionals and the Professional Development department-Plan and execute several large district-wide events each year – Paraprofessional Conference, New Teacher Week, Summer Leadership Conference, District-wide Professional Development Days, etc.

-Maintain school computer lab, including computer software/hardware updates and the lab schedule-Update and maintain school and individual classroom websites -Maintain all classroom technology-Enter all district, state and national test scores and student information into required databases-Serve as a facilitator and monitor of Odyssey reading program (computer based)

-Maintain bookings for various groups staying with C2K for service projects-Created organization system for files regarding mission groups and work projects-Help coordinate details and logistics for each work project
