- Process payroll via Prime Pay for employees of the NH, AZ and TN offices.- Handle all aspects of the Human Resource/Benefits function for the U.S. based employees.- Process all billing, deposits, bank reconciliations and financial reporting using Quickbooks software.- Provide and gather all information needed for Tax Audits, Workers Comp Audits, 401K Audits- Serve as the Secretary on the Board of Directors- Work directly with the U.S. General Manager for all business function needs.

- Manage a very busy front office with 6 administrative staff and 1 facility building manager- Benefits Plan Administrator- Registrar for 1,200 students from 6 months old to 91 years young.- Direct Communication and liaison between the families of the school and the faculty, along with the principal of the adjacent elementary school.- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable- Payroll administrator for all 63 employees.- Process and Maintain Financial Aid and Scholarships for an average of $100,000 per year, which is funded via charitable donations.- Event Coordinator for fundraising events which include Holiday Pops, Share the Music Gala, House Parties and other miscellaneous community events.

A 27-hole golf course, 2 restaurants, function facility, driving range, mini golf, golf school Accounting, Budgeting and Analysis Part-time (2009 – 2019)- Manage all functions of Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable using Quickbooks software.- Integral member of budgeting/forecasting team. Prepare monthly financial analysis for the owners.Operations Business Management Full-time (2002-2009)- Work directly with the owners to develop new ideas for continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, cost down strategies, employee incentives, culture of the company and overall operations.- Manage public relations and marketing programs, which include participation in trade shows.- Design and publish a monthly newsletter for internal and external distribution.- Direct all aspects of golf outings, weddings and special events including managing a staff of 30+.Corporate Benefits and Employees Relations- Manage all aspects of benefits program including the profit sharing plan, health insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, life insurance and professional insurance for 80+ person seasonal business. - Design and deliver employee orientation programs.- Main contact for all employee relation issues with prompt and effective problem resolution.
