Phantom Lake Integrated Pre-School

Conduct evaluations for pre-school students transitioning to kindergarten, including, but not limited to, assessment of cognitive, social-emotional, adaptive, and behavior functioning. Facilitate evaluation team meetings, and prepare all necessary documentation to comply with federal and state law.

Conducted evaluations and re-evaluations for students with disabilities. Led multidisciplinary meetings in determining current needs and future educational/vocational goals for students.

Conducted assessments for students with a variety of disabilities in determining need for special education, or to assist with current needs for those already receiving special education services. Provided brief counseling for students encountering social/emotional problems associated with school. Provided support for students, teachers and parents in attaining the common goal of helping students receive an appropriate education..
