Transition Manager for the National Collaborative for Biopreparedness: In conjunction with the Office of Health Affairs for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, worked with a research team through the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill; led the transition, commercialization, and rollout of a national biosurveillance warning and preparedness system. Maintained deep engagement with the EMS, public health, and public safety communities across the country as well as the multiple federal level agencies who were impacted by the program and its future development.
