Supervisory Attorney, Immigration Unit
CurrentSupervise immigration unit attorneys (currently 5 FTE) to assure high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive representation to eligible low-income clients. Conduct quarterly case-load reviews and annual staff evaluations. Provide practice guidance and support. Mentor attorneys in other units handling immigration cases. Recruit, train and supervise interns and volunteer attorneys. Coordinate services with grant funders. Draft grant proposals and negotiate grant agreements.
