• Manage communication with overseas factories daily via email on all outstanding Product Development• Send tech packs for new seasonal development to factories and suppliers for costing and samples via DeSL/PLM• Source and negotiate costs with suppliers and factories for new fabrics, and trims/hardware, for seasonal development• Review and oversee all trim and fabrics submissions with Designers to ensure quality control for prototypes, sales samples, and bulk production• Work closely with design to ensure development costs are in budget and margins are maintained and/or improved• Manage between Design, Tech, and Graphics departments to coordinate and prioritize deadline dates and approvals in order to execute time and action for bulk production and sample needs• Hold weekly Product Development meetings to review all time and action calendars across upper management teams, Production, Operations, and Sales • Travel with the VP of Sales to accounts as the team product expert to successfully aid in increasing business • Communicate and comply with Private Label customers and Licensors on all development, sample requests, and testing requirements • Travel to overseas factories and suppliers building strong relationships and overseeing development and production first hand.

• Maintain trim books for all submits• Recap all weekly product development meetings• Build relationships with Private Label accounts, overseas factories and suppliers

• Manage communication of seasonal color pallets internally between executives, design teams, and production teams • Communicate between overseas vendors and AE color team ensuring that all vendors have proper color standards for production • Evaluate lab dips, bulk and color standard submits from vendors to ensure color quality, and communicate back to vendors and VP of Raw Materials with comments

• Work closely with the Director of photography to learn all aspects of photographic quality control and color management• Research imagery within the PRL archives and stock agencies in order to assist creative departments in producing artwork for showrooms and retail stores• Act as the primary liaison between vendors and PRL creative teams to assure photographic projects are executed and the work is consistent in quality to PRL standards• Send weekly statements to Accounts Payable departments to ensure timely bill pay • Negotiate artwork estimates between vendors and PRL creative teams• Oversee monthly statements from vendors to accurately track all departmental expenses and follow up with any outstanding balances
