Responsible for overall management of a local CrossFit affiliate, managing two distinct programming paths for athletes of a wide range of abilities. Ensure programming is meeting stated objectives while minimizing unnecessary risk and injury. Manager of the nutrition program for clients providing individualized guidance on macro and nutrient intake, as well as food preparation information. Additional certification in CrossFit Scaling, providing in-depth knowledge in modifying movements and ensuring proper form for clients with injuries, limited mobility, undergoing rehab, or other health issues that prevent full or normal range of motion.

Classroom teacher for a variety of grades and subjects, including science, algebra and High School Geometry. Developer of three new curricula paths. Assistant Director and then Director of the Outdoor Education program, leading outdoor educational trips for students in grades 1 through 8, culminating in a 10-day backpacking trip to Rocky Mountain National Park for the 8th graders. Responsible for all aspects of each trip, including lodging, transportation, permits, staffing (including selected volunteers and teachers), food and other supplies, and medical support.

Served in USS ASHLAND (LSD-48) as one of the first female Officers to be assigned to Navy combatant ships. Auxiliaries and Electrical Officer and then Main Propulsion Assistant (MPA). Initially responsible for the operational readiness of the ship's non-propulsion related equipment, including production of the ship's fresh water, hot water, refrigeration and electricity. Soon promoted to MPA, in charge of the largest division on the ship, responsible for ship's readiness and the professional development and training of upwards of 100 sailors and their department leaders.
