I integrate the ancient science of Kundalini yoga and the Usui Reiki Ryoho energy healing technique to create harmony in the body. By balancing the chakras both physically and energetically, the body is able to heal itself. Together with my counselling training, I am able to give people tools to help them move through blocks, providing them with a truly integrative experience to their health and wellbeing.
