As a QA/QC Chemist I test all solutions for purity and blending as well as any other customer specifications. Solutions are used in the semi-conductor, technological, and pharma industries. Testing involves ICP MS, GC and GC MS, as well as wet chemistry. Contamination levels are measured on the ppm, ppb, and ppt levels.

I function as the sole personnel in the lab, responsible for all product testing, equipment control and maintenance, as well as all other lab duties. Responsible for helping with audit preparation, sample control, training new lab personnel, and quality control. Work centers around plastics and their molding process for the automotive industry, looking at mechanical and physical properties.

Function as the bridge between Upper Management and Lab Technicians. Responsible for knowing, validation, and employee training on all tests and equipment within laboratory. Responsible for machine calibration, preventative maintenance, and trouble shooting. As a member of the management team responsibilities include handling customer quotes and relations as well as employee evaluations and daily scheduling.
