All HR Functions (payroll, recruiting, onboarding, training, creating job descriptions and updating written policies such as our Emergency Action Plan and Absenteeism policy, benefit enrollment, event planning) and various Office/Production support (order office supplies and negotiate with vendors to purchase new equipment, personally handle in-house IT issues, coordinate with Corporate IT Manager to handle issues that cannot be addressed on site, coordinate with janitorial service, maintain digital production records, coordinate the calibration of measuring instruments, proofread blueprints, and all other ad-hoc duties as requested)
