Oversee the operations of 228-room, year-round hotel in Mt Crested Butte, Colorado

■ Oversaw daily operations of CBMR's Lodging division, which includes three condo-style hotels, front office, housekeeping, security, laundry and owner services. ■ Assisted VP of Lodging in overhauling management of HOA programs and developing Owner Services department to better address owner issues and work toward expanding rental management program.■ Streamlined front office operations across all lodging properties to improve revenue, increase accuracy, retain quality staff and create a universal team.■ Responsible for budget creation and management for each hotel and lodging administration.■ Obtained and maintained Colorado Community Association Manager licensing.

■ Oversaw all aspects of Front Office, owner services, and art gallery operations for CBMR’s premier lodging property – the Lodge at Mountaineer Square.■ Designed and facilitated Advanced Genuine Connections training for all returning lodging staff for 2013 - 2014 ski season; co-facilitated Genuine Connections training for all lodging staff for 2012 – 2013 ski season. ■ Served as member of Service Excellence Team and current member of Internal Facilitation Team.

■ Oversaw all aspects of hotel operations after 4PM, which included: 4 hotels, each with business center, pool, hot tub, and fitness center; 3 restaurants; and 2 retail outlets.■ Responsible for all aspects of Security department and loss prevention.■ Facilitated intra-mountain communications in the evening, working with each department to ensure adequate staffing.■ Responded to guest service issues that required management.

■ Coordinated and managed the front and back office operations, including front desk, concierge, tour sales, on-site reservations, hotel call center, and bell staff, of a 480-room resort just outside of Denali National Park, Alaska.■ Recruited, trained and supervised a staff of 6 Front Desk and Guest Service managers, 46 Front Desk Staff and 17 Bell Staff. ■ Responsible for weekly rooms inventory management, including daily balancing and releasing of wholesale block space for rooms and tours, and implementing a walk strategy when oversold.■ Successfully implemented train walk / move program, resulting in no major guest complaints from guests moved to a sister property due to the hotel’s oversell program.■ Successfully re-established positive communications and relationship between front desk and on-property office of major tour company and client.■ Designed and implemented On-Boarding program to anticipate guest needs or requests prior to their arrival at the hotel, to streamline check-in process and allow guests to travel straight to their rooms, and to resolve problems in a more efficient and timely manner.

■ Supervised a staff of 18 international students and coordinated daily housekeeping operations of a 112-room hotel just outside of Denali National Park.■ Responsible for opening and shut-down of all guest rooms, initial and ongoing training of staff and overall guest satisfaction with room cleanliness and amenities. ■ Consistently achieved high scores on cleanliness and readiness of rooms upon arrival, while operating with minimal staff and below budget.

■ Coordinated and managed group visits to Big Mountain, including lodging, lift tickets, dining, catered events, activities and rentals.■ Communicated with group sales staff, food and beverage, rooms and reservations management, tickets and other senior management client needs and expectations.■ Consistently achieved high scores on overall group satisfaction with Big Mountain Resort.
