Dual role in a non-profit organization that focuses on research, policy outreach and education for solutions to poverty worldwide:• Institutional Review Board Coordinator for 150+ studies around the world. I assist the researchers with the intricacies of and required paperwork for new studies, yearly IRB renewals and making changes to existing studies. I review all applications, edit and advise the researchers on best practices to keep the studies on track and compliant with MIT and federal regulations.• Support to a high-level professor, including screening of emails, phone calls, media requests, travel arrangements, coordination of speaking appearances, interaction with numerous students including letters of recommendations, and responding to a large volume of email, often in French.

Compass Lexecon provides economic analysis, business advice, and litigation support to industry organizations, governments, major corporations and law firms.• Support to nine Senior Vice Presidents, Vice Presidents and Economists• Processing expense reports, arranging travel, maintaining contract and invoice files, and coordinating on-site meetings.• Processing and tracking of invoices including billing on each case, following up with clients regarding accounts receivable and preparing spreadsheets for managers of outstanding billing and hours.• Coordinator of the yearly on-campus recruiting for entry-level analysts, including school outreach, maintaining contacts, preparing promotional materials, collection of resumes, scheduling interviews and information sessions and serving as the point of contact for all recruiting inquiries.
