Transformed start-up arts education nonprofit into a highly-respected mid-size organization. Increased revenue by 350% over 10 years and created a successful contributed revenue mix through sustained individual and organizational support. Led organization through immediate COVID-19 transition in operations and programming, resulting in the best financial position in the organization's 20-year history despite the pandemic.
