Network Engineer
CurrentAct as the point of contact for the E911 department to provide data and technical support. Identify problem areas for associates and work to resolve the issue. Work closely with internal and external customers to provide feedback and ideas for positive improvements with processes and system enhancements. Assist developers with fact finding and problem solving. Lead in testing code fixes and enhancements issued by developers prior to being implemented into systems. Create defects and test cases in ALM for issues found with current process. Participate in meetings to review projects and documentation to ensure progress continues. Write information requests for data extracts, system enhancements, control table changes, corrections or additions.
