I am the guide to help find the Ultimate True self; clearing the Mind of clutter through Meditation~Lengthen,Strengthen and tone the Body with building Heat from the inside-out "Self-induced" while focusing on the breath and listening to a Great Playlist (sometimes LIVE! music/rock) All of this is followed by a 10min.Savasana with light Aromatherapy totaling a state of Pure Bliss~or "yoga Buzz". Truly unique sequences every week.

Interned for Tara Stiles, founder of Strala Yoga, personal yoga teacher to Deepak Chopra, author of Slim Calm Sexy and Yoga Cures. Dvds include, Yoga Anywhere 'The New York Sessions' and Jane Fonda's Workout 'Yoga' with Tara Stiles. While at Strala, I was to Man the front desk, greet people and be the shoe police! ("Please leave your shoes and Ego's at the door") I also attended her Summer Intensive Teacher Training and was honored to guide yoga there during that time.
