Manage the firm’s social media strategy, presence and content execution. Create meaningful and engaging content for each channel and manage posting schedules to align with on-going regional and national campaigns.

Reporting to the manager of digital services, coordinate and execute various digital activities and campaigns. These activities include creating and posting web updates, blog posts and events to company web properties using the Content Management System (Sharepoint), assist with building and editing custom company pages within the CMS via HTML 5, and lead the communication execution for Corporate Finance-specific transactions including website updates and email campaigns.

Reporting to the director of creative services, manage the intake of all internal marketing requests across the firm using Workfront and ProofHQ. This includes assigning jobs to the appropriate departments and ensure projects are initiated in a timely manner to be completed by the requested due date. Manage external vendor relations including translation services, print partners, signage and promotional services. Manage online ordering services offered by preferred printing partners to ensure all collateral is relevant and up to date for each of the regions across the country, as well as oversee volume movement to identify cost saving opportunities. Ensures the internal marketing resource database is up to date using Sharepoint software. Assist departments requiring project coordination and production services where and when needed.

Part-time position during home games for the Calgary Flames. Working with the entertainment team to aid in providing an entertaining and successful live-game production; interacting with fans, hockey operations and marketing and promotions to deliver the best experience for fans and game attendees.

Report directly to the Account Manager. Assists Account Manager in trafficking of client projects through creative, studio and production; create work back schedules for project team; responds to client requests and delivers requests internally; proofreads all material at all stages of a project; keep great rapport and working relationships with all clients through direct contact; and keeps current with all aspects of client marketing tools and trends. Took on a Media Coordinator role for a client who initiated their paid 2016 media plan, ensuring all ads and assets are submitted for trafficking and ad material is shipped on the correct date and time to the correct contact at media partners.

6 month contract position. Reported directly to the vice president of marketing. Created, implemented and monitored Google Analytics and Google Adword campaign for the Calgary Stampede concert line up at Cowboys Stampede Tent. Other responsibilities included running the social media platforms with engaging posts to consistently have customers interacting with the brand; provided creative direction to digital,traditional and radio advertising; planning, promotion, and execution of various events; familiar with Wordpress, Campaign Monitor, TicketLeap and Google based platforms.

Responsible for ensuring client advertisements reach their target audience in print and digital publication. Specific duties include entering sales proposals in Netsuite CRM system; contacting clients for creative materials and associating creative materials to the proper systems for execution; creating reports on both print and digital campaign results; solving client billing issues; and assisting sales reps with research, sales presentations and proposals.
