Heather Rodgers is the founder and CEO of Rodgers Creative Group, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering ministries, nonprofits, businesses, and individuals aiming to make an impact with a clear message and powerful marketing tools. Using the proven StoryBrand framework, RCG crafts a tailored customer journey that equips organizations to succeed. Heather served as the Executive Director of My House Ministry (May 2019-April 2023), a restorative program in safe homes for women and children breaking out of the cycles of homelessness, abuse and addiction. Her chief responsibilities included all fundraising efforts, strategic planning, marketing, and major special projects for the ministry.Prior to joining the My House Ministry community, Heather served as Music Events Manager for Calvin College for ten years. She planned, publicized and coordinated more than 60 concerts and events annually. She has also served as the Director of the Annual Fund for the Grand Rapids Symphony, 2002-2006. Her chief responsibilities included a $2 million annual fund campaign and major special event projects including the Symphony’s 75th Anniversary Carnegie Hall Debut. In 2007, Heather took the position of Director of Development for the Grand Rapids Ballet Company, Michigan’s only professional ballet company, where she focused on annual giving, donor relations, special events fundraisers and educational outreach.Heather resides in Holland, MI with her husband, Benjamin, son, Elijah and goldendoodle puppy, Ginger Rodgers.
