Leading and developing a team of 30+ remote Stylists to deliver the Stitch Fix Client Promise every day. While managing day-to-day operations for a $12-million+ portfolio, I develop team-focused strategies to sustain improved quality of Client experiences.In addition to team business strategies and development, I have supported the development of cross-functional leaders by hosting feedback workshops and being a mentor for feedback conversations and documentation beyond the workshop. Supporting change management during policy and metric evolutions has created consistency and confidence across regional leadership and within my remote team.

Led exceptional teams across multiple units and in varied complexities to support operational excellence, customer connection, and business growth. Keeping growth and development at the front of all in-store operations, teams were passionate about the product and the people they served. Maintaining this culture ensured local and federal legal compliance was in place, as well as Starbucks policies for safety and operations. Always focused on growth and development as a core employee experience, my skills extended beyond my four walls to support peer leadership and developing leaders. As a tenured Store Manager trainer, I supported the learning and development of internal and external Store Manager hires. Mentored managers as they entered their roles. Co-created a development program for growing leaders to support consistent knowledge and leadership across the district. Additionally, I organized and planned the content and structure of district meetings with a focus on engagement, inclusion, and learning.Beyond Store Manager training, development, and mentorship, I established and maintained relationships with local universities and job programs to support district staffing levels of hourly employees. This also included attending job fairs and hiring events.
