Taking all inbound calls directed to the service department, scheduling all service appointments. Updating retention lists, searching vehicle history, scheduling customers for needed vehicle service and all recall work. Help with the parts department scheduling appointments for special ordered parts to be installed or repaired. Sole responsibility is customer service. Making sure the customers scheduling process is simple and enjoyable.
