Counselor, Advisor, Mentor, Coach--words I use to describe not only previous job titles but also my professional identity. I am passionate about empowering others, which I have done in multiple capacities from public nonprofit to private for profit agencies, and from small underserved Title 1 schools to large award winning research universities. Through skillful assessment, active listening, and focused attention on the individual student or client, I have supported hundreds of individuals of all ages in finding their best selves through times of challenge and adjustment.
