We work with your Subject Matter Experts and Training Staff, and we even have a custom LMS to house your company's content.As a Sr. Project Team Lead, I coordinate and lead the creation of educational content for businesses using adult learning principles, working closely with IT, UX/UI, content strategists, and designers to ensure the client’s vision is realized.I manage projects – identifying scope, customer needs, risks and barriers, and subject matter experts. I interface with clients, leading calls and ensuring their vision is brought to life. I work to keep projects on track, and to foster open, honest communication with subject matter experts, clients, and team members.

I developed instruction for the medical community about organ donation, policy compliance, and ethics. I worked closely with policy and IT departments to ensure sound content and accurate instruction, fitting legal definitions and conforming with government standards. I coordinated diverse stakeholders – both internally and externally – via face-to-face, email, and telephone communication. I also spearheaded our ground-up LMS Audit and provided continual leadership on the project.

I created grade-level specific, Common Core-compliant written instruction modules for English Literature. Shmoop modules are used in public, private, charter, and home school environments to supplement or take the place of existing instruction materials.
